HISTORY OF PCI
In 1983, Paramount Commercial Wallcoverings was born. Mike, Marty, and Bob had the vision of outfitting office environments with the latest fabric trends. The trio travelled to Europe and visited design shows in search of designs that would transform the metro-Detroit commercial real estate market and catch the eye of local prominent designers.
In the mid 1990's, general contractors and building owners requested that the rebranded PCI (Paramount Commercial Interiors) start fabricating wall panels and installing them in buildings to meet demand. Born out of this was PCI's carpentry division that exists to this day

1983
By 1990, the rebranded Paramount Wallcoverings and Textiles was becoming a well-recognized name among local architects, designers, and building owners. Most of the general contractors in the area were getting their wall finish materials from one source, Paramount.
1996
PCI Industries, Inc. added floor finishes to it's bustling lines of wall finishes and carpentry division. In addition to it's robust offering of self-performing services, PCI morphed into a full-service commercial general contractor working on tenant fit-outs for some of metro-Detroit's premier real estate owners.
