PCI was chosen as the General Contractor for this beautifully posh spa located in West Bloomfield, MI.  This renovation was extremely customized to the owners needs and required careful planning and logistical strategy from all of the parties involved.  PCI utilized all of our self-performing trades which included highly detailed carpentry and finishes. PCI  even accommodated spa equipment that was imported from Australia that had to be carefully retro-fitted to meet USA plumbing standards.

The result was one of the area's hottest spa's that is truly a model for all other establishments.

Picture Me!
Various Locations - Metro Detroit

PCI successfully completed the renovation of several metro-Detroit Picture Me! stores. The St. Louis, MO portrait company has over 2,000 stores located inside of area Walmart’s. The renovations were performed at night while the stores were closed for business and were ready for customers the next day.  PCI acted as the General Contractor on the project which involved  major cosmetic changes to the store's design.       

Party City Conversions
Michigan - Various Locations

 When Party America was purchased by Party City there was the need to convert their existing stores in Michigan into the Party City model. The model consisted of new store entrances, pay stations, isle layouts, and finishes. Transformation needed to be completed after hours so as not affect daily store operations. All construction was performed by PCI seamlessly without interruption of the daily business. PCI again used its in-house resources and willingness to work 24/7 to complete these many conversions over a 90 day period.

When Dunkin' Donuts decided to expand their new themed stores in southeast Michigan, PCI was selected to build the first locations.  PCI expertly managed the construction as well as self-performed the interior packages.  Overall, the projects were successful thanks to PCI's commitment to high quality & timely results.

Elle Spa
Birmingham, MI

Transforming a half-demolished retail space into a relaxing day spa takes vision, experience and plenty of know-how. For Elle Spa in Birmingham, PCI delivered all three. After the initial demolition company ran into structural problems, we carefully and competently completed the demolition. We then completely renovated the 1500 square foot space, using our interior construction expertise to create an oasis of tranquility where the spa’s high-end clientele can unwind.
